Project Manager
Role Description
Lumunate is a product and engineering company building and transforming digital products across software, AI, systems and product experience.
We are hiring a Project Manager to run client and internal projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping scope, timelines and quality under control.
This is not a role for someone who needs every decision broken into tasks. You will work inside real products, evolving requirements and a team that values clarity, ownership and production-quality execution.
What You'll Own
Plan the work: Scope, milestones, resourcing and a timeline the team believes in.
Run delivery: Sprints, stand-ups and task tracking, removing blockers before they cost time.
Own client communication: Regular, honest updates, demos and sign-offs as the main point of contact.
Control scope: Capture new requests, explain their impact and agree changes in writing.
Manage risk: Spot risks to time, budget and quality early, and come with a plan.
What Good Looks Like
Clients always know where their project stands, without having to chase.
Deadlines are met, or moved early with a clear reason, never missed silently.
The team works from one clear source of truth for priorities and status.
Projects close with a documented handover and a short lessons-learned review.
You'll Do Well Here If
You have managed software or digital product projects with developers and designers.
You are fluent in agile ways of working and tools such as ClickUp, Jira or Linear.
You understand enough about how software is built to challenge an estimate.
You write clearly, stay calm under pressure and deliver difficult news early.
