UI/UX Designer
Role Description
Lumunate is a product and engineering company building and transforming digital products across software, AI, systems and product experience.
We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to turn complex problems into simple flows and polished interfaces, from early wireframes to developer-ready Figma files.
This is not a role for someone who needs every decision broken into tasks. You will work inside real products, evolving requirements and a team that values clarity, ownership and production-quality execution.
What You'll Own
Design the flow first: User flows and wireframes that solve the real problem before any visual polish.
Design every state: High-fidelity UI for web and mobile, including empty, loading, error and edge cases.
Grow the design system: Reusable components, tokens and guidelines that keep products consistent.
Show how it feels: Prototypes and motion that show how the product should behave, not only how it looks.
See it through to release: Clear specs for developers, and checking the built product against the design.
What Good Looks Like
Developers can build from your files without guessing.
Every design decision can be explained in terms of the user or the business goal.
Shipped screens match the design, because you followed them through to release.
Users complete key tasks faster, with fewer support questions, after your work ships.
You'll Do Well Here If
You have a portfolio of shipped product work that shows the thinking behind it, not only the final screens.
You are expert in Figma, including auto layout, components and variables.
You understand responsive layout, accessibility and how front-end code is built.
You take critique well and give it clearly and kindly.
